Key Responsibilities: Processing invoices and other vendors’ documents Processing expense claims Performing reconciliations Creating and producing financial reports Professionally communicating with external stakeholders such as vendors Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies Continuously looking for ways to streamline and improve processes The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with keen attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Understanding of accounting practices and relevant software experience is highly desirable.
