The Account Specialist role in the tech industry is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and competitive environment. As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills in order to develop long-term customer relationships while achieving aggressive sales targets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities would include meeting with clients one-on-one and in groups, understanding their current product needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating custom product offerings. You will be the liaison between internal and external teams and develop long-term business and customer relationships.
The role requires you to think critically and strategize plans to exceed customer's expectations. You will be managing multiple accounts, tracking customer feedback, and keeping up with customers’ ever-changing product needs and trends.
