- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in public policy, business, engineering, law or relevant field.
- Knowledge of the competition and consumer protection regulatory landscape, and adjacent risk areas.
- Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance concepts/requirements to audiences.
