The account manager role at Expoint offers a unique and exciting opportunity for tech professionals to grow their career and contribute to company success. As an account manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts while nurturing and growing relationships with high profile clients.
You will need to be able to anticipate customer needs, proactively solve customer issues, generate innovative solutions, build trust and facilitate long-term relationships . It is essential to negotiate and secure long-term partnerships by understanding the customer’s business objectives in order to exceed their expectations.
You will be working closely with internal departments such as sales, support, product management and engineering to ensure customer solutions are met without compromising the quality of service. This is a demanding and fast paced role and requires you to be highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks at once while ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.
