Your key responsibilities
You will take responsibility for 2/3 government departments as the lead client contact. You will:
- Build direct relationships with learning buyers
- Respond to inbound demand for new coaching and bespoke learning programmes
- Proactively stimulate demand for new projects by understand who the learning buyers are and what they need and want
- Scope projects collaboratively with the client and our ecosystem supplier partners
- Be responsible for pricing and contracting new projects, including risk management
- Oversee projects in delivery on your accounts
- Work closely with Client Service Partners and wider EY account teams
- In addition, you will work with the Learning Frameworks Client lead to:
- Capture and share knowledge across the Learning Frameworks Account Manager team through regular insights sessions
- Look for opportunities to promote and share success stories, working closely with Government Skills and Curriculum Unit

- Be effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments
To qualify for the role you must have
- Experienced management consultant / HR professional with relevant experience advising clients on learning and leadership development on a range of large scale transformation programmes and business change projects
- Proven track record of delivering Learning and Leadership Development projects
- A proven track record of shaping and running complex, high profile, profitable engagements which create value for clients in the areas outlined above
- Demonstrated track record of building client relationships
- A proven track record of proactively managing client stakeholders, including providing constructive feedback, influencing decisions, providing robust advice, delivering difficult messages and managing performance issues, up to C suite-1 level
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are desirable but not critical e.g. CIPD, Occupational Psychology and certifications in psychometrics.
- Experience of working on projects gained working within a professional services firm, global consultancy firm and/or large private and/or public sector organisations
