As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and lead the strategy for how we design, build, and scale AI-powered help experiences. What you will accomplish:

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and a 6-12 month testing agenda, including prioritization of use cases, success metrics, test-and-learn programs, and feedback loops for continuous optimization across content templates and capabilities.

• Partner with the CRM content team to align testing roadmaps with capability prioritization, delivering value at scale for the full CRM program.

• Collaborate with MarTech, Data Science, Recommendations, and Analytics teams to define requirements for a scalable content library (metadata, AI features, recommendations).

You will work closely with Software Engineers, Researchers, and Data Engineers across the full AI lifecycle: from early experimentation and prototyping to deploying production-grade AI systems that support millions of users. Your focus will include Multimodal Generative AI system , working with videos, images, and textual data, and contributing to both infrastructure and end-user capabilities.

• Design, build, and optimize systems that use multimodal data and Generative AI architectures in scalable, reliable, and cost-effective ways.

• Lead development of AI led user experiences, including those using videos, live-streams, images, audio and textual data.

• Help advance eBay’s internal platform for GenAI applications, contributing reusable components, and APIs.

• Monitor and optimize AI systems in production for performance, quality, and responsible AI use.

We’re creating a new and highly strategic role in the Office of the CEO for a hands-on AI-native technologist who can shape, prototype, and help lead the next generation of AI-driven experiences at eBay. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic technical partner and prototyping force multiplier in the Office of the CEO.
