Job responsibilities

  • Lead core Production teams responsible for Deal Set-Up/Funding and Loan Servicing functions while moving various client service priorities forward with a focus on measuring and improving client satisfaction
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with different lines of business and key stakeholders across the firm, operating as an ambassador for Loan & Agency and Wholesale Lending Services more broadly
  • Govern the overall productivity and quality of the Chicago Production teams, acting as senior point of contact for business segment heads, Credit Risk, Legal, and other key business partners
  • Maintain a strong oversight of the risk & control environment; representing Wholesale Lending Services in various firm-wide risk forums, audit cycles, and operational risk deep dives where critical decisions are driven by quantitative and qualitative data
  • Create a culture of continued process improvement by identifying and driving implementation of technology initiatives and operational process changes to meet the requirement of the wholesale lending businesses and clients
  • Partner with Operational Excellence team to drive meaningful and strategic change such as process improvements, product governance and client experience enhancements
