What You’ll Do
  • Receive and log all regulatory requests for information and investigations
  • Develop an appropriate tool or database for tracking status of pending information requests and investigations
  • Report progress on completion of tasks to meet submission deadlines
  • Escalate items inhibiting the completion of tasks and putting submission at risk to direct supervisor
  • Work directly with Engineering, Service, Production, Quality, Data Analysis and Legal to support coordination and completion of tasks to meet submission deadlines
  • Work directly with Data Analysis team to determine proper query and data extraction when determining affected VIN lists and fleet data sets
  • Participate as a member of respective teams in contributing to investigations and completion of tasks with assigned owners and subject matter experts
  • Review information collection to assure accurate and complete information for responsive submission
  • Identify and create standardized processes to improve efficiency and quality of regulatory responses
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Code of Federal Regulations and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards
  • Ability to exercise business and financial judgment with strong problem-solving, research, and project management skills
  • Preferably, having an engineering or technical background, and/or significant transportation or vehicle experience
  • General understanding of Tesla vehicle systems (HV Battery, Drive Unit, Chassis, LV Hardware, Firmware, Safety and Restraints, Auto-Pilot)
  • Strong people skills and positive “can do” attitude
  • Self-starter, motivated, eager to learn and guided by a strong moral compass

  • Monitor inventory accuracy to enable regular operational/finance reviews by Tesla executives
  • Review inventory reconciliations and flux analysis related to all inventory worldwide, including raw material, WIP, 3PL management
  • Provide monthly/quarterly directions on requirements of cycle count programs and recommend physical inventory counts requirement
  • Collaborate cross functionally, to answer questions related to inventory and operational processes from all departments
  • Recommend and prepare journal entires as needed from inventory analysis
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure accurate tracking of inventory and appropriate inventory levels
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Accounting, with relevant experience of inventory and COGS analysis or audit
  • Knowledge of supply chain, receiving, inventory flow, operations process and manufacturing principles
  • Ability to multi-task and drive actions to completion under strict deadlines
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners in Legal, Government Relations, EH&S, Finance, and HR on complex projects to sustain and enhance employment law compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitor the complex and rapidly changing network of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, spot compliance issues, propose and then implement solutions
  • Partner with applicable HR teams – Total Rewards, Compensation, Recruiting and People Operations – to identify possible process changes needed because of new or modified policies
  • Drive investigation, training, guidance and change management for HRC initiatives and projects
  • Investigate, root cause and problem solve people-related issues in collaboration with the Employee Relations team
  • Incorporate compliance, operational efficiency, and usability into suggested process changes
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of HR compliance related experience; includes general HR, employee relations, employment law, paralegal experience
  • Experience with federal and state employment laws and regulations including Title VII, FEHA, ADA, ADEA, Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, OFCCP, other EEO laws, wage and hour laws, and other federal and local laws affecting the employer-employee relationship
  • You can work both autonomously and collaboratively, and you will be effective at juggling and prioritizing multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Experience advising and finding creative solutions for wage and hour issues arising from both exempt and non-exempt workforces
  • Experience with ADA Title I reasonable accommodations

  • Design and refine data models by following best practices and techniques using most effective approaches for reporting and analytics such as star schema
  • Identify slow-running processes and bottlenecks, troubleshoot problems, research and resolve issues
  • Stay up to date with latest trends in data engineering, experiment with new tools, services, technologies and real-time processing frameworks
  • Reverse engineer existing projects or products in use and always look for improvements in processes preferably with open-source technologies
  • Collaborate with auditor and compliance teams to ensure that data solutions are in compliance with sox requirements especially on accounting and finance related projects
  • Set high technical bar not just for yourself but for entire team, leading by example in coding standards, documentation and best practices
What You’ll Bring
  • Very strong SQL skills and very good understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Vertica, etc.)
  • Data warehousing experience, good understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, working experience with large scale data
  • Programming skills with Python, Java or similar
  • Good understanding of open-source distributed systems technologies such as Kafka, Spark
  • Expertise in scalable ETL and data pipelines and tools such as (SSIS, Informatica, Airflow, Luigi or similar)
  • Knowledge of OLAP databases and tools (SSAS, Hyperion, Cognos etc.)
  • Experience with Reporting and data visualization tools (SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and business teams (such as manufacturing, compliance, finance and accounting)
  • Having background in Accounting, Finance, Banking or similar industry is nice to have but not a necessity

  • Prioritize building production-critical software systems that have sufficient validation, monitoring, and support strategies
  • Interface with multi-disciplinary teams including Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
  • Participate in code review process and review the pull requests received from local and remote team members

What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Computer Science, Comupter Engineering, Electrical Engineering or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Minimum 4 year of working experience (preferred 6+ years)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing large-scale projects in Go, Java, C++, Rust, or similar
  • Understanding of core aspects of backend development (including SQL databases, networking, and security)
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular.js, Svelte, etc.)
  • Proficiency with web development, such as reading Splunk logs, working with Swagger, and using REST APIs
  • Experience with DevOps tooling such as Kubernetes & Jenkins
  • Comfortable with all aspects of rigorous software development and maintenance (version control, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, etc.)
