In this role, you will:
Be accountable for overseeing one or more cross-functional agile teams responsible for executing a strategic vision for a new data environment and data analytical tools for fraud strategy development.
Manage all phases of the product management life cycle from ideation to delivery.
Own responsibility for prioritization and refinement of the team backlog
Allocate resource capacity effectively and manage delivery of the team’s commitments.
Translate the product area vision into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters to define sprint goals, sprint capacity and monitor sprint productivity.
Work closely with other Product Owners and Technology Leads to manage cross-team dependencies.
Build and maintain strong business and technology relationships.
Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders from across the enterprise.
Own responsibility for defining test requirements, test data and coordination of testing.
Ensure all risks are effectively identified, measured,
monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Be an innovator and thought leader.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Product management, product development
Demonstrated experience managing a product from ideation to delivery.
Strong experience in the development and management of product roadmaps.
Strong experience delivering software products using agile/scrum principles.
Demonstrated experience developing fraud, financial crimes or cybersecurity products.
Demonstrated experience with analytics and statistical analysis tools
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable working under pressure, in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to effectively build business and technology relationships.
Demonstrated experience with database systems, processes, and management routines.
Knowledge and understanding of database administration and data visualization tools.
Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives.
Experience navigating complex matrixed organizations and teams.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Job Expectations:
Able to travel on occasion.
Hybrid Role, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Salary Range:
Concord CA -$100,800 - $179,200

Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CRM platforms(Dynamics/Salesforce)and deep understanding of CRM functionalities, including integration and sales automation.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning concepts
- Visionary thinking to anticipate market trends and customer needs.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle management & Product Management certification
- Outcome driven with strong correlation of ROI and benefit metrics
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
- Familiarity with Commercial Banking Industry
