Responsibilities
Developing, negotiating, coordinating, and communicating business plans between Samsung Electronics America (SEA) counterparts. You will assist the leads for retail, carrier, and B2B channels in planning yearly sales targets
Responsible for monthly sales forecast by product and account and reporting
Requires to be able to present business insights in front of senior leadership in SEA
Thorough data analytics, identifying success of promotions and sales programs, and suggesting recalibration to improve outcomes
Responsible for creating and executing quarterly strategies and business plans specific for the account or for specific Samsung products. Sales forecasting, demand planning, and SCM fluency required
Analyzing weekly sell in & sell out to identify sales target status, ensuring fulfilment of delivery to achieve sales plans, product development, and new launches
Providing sales with daily / weekly sell out forecast updates of product. Reviewing and identifying variances in weekly sell out deliveries, as compared to outstanding inventories and WOS (week of supplies)
Consolidating and publishing the weekly financial outlook, translating PSI and unit sales into financial figures to analyze the state of the business
Functioning as the focal point to improve communications between headquarters and corresponding SEA team members. May communicate daily between headquarters and SEA organization on production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management
Preparing profit & loss, sales deduction, marketing expenditure, and other related financial reports to identify performance and achievement of NC business goals
Initiating, developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic product launch plans
Managing special pricing conditions to support sales and promotion objectives
Solving moderately complex technical problems and responds to non-standard requests from internal and external customers
Making decisions within guidelines and policies
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of directly related experience is required
Prior experience in the wireless telecommunications or consumer electronics industry in a position managing one or more of supply chain, operations, finance, or business planning
Experience in financial profit & loss statement and basic knowledge of accounting
Experience developing presentations
Experience with or knowledge of SAP
Strong Excel / Data Analytics skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data modeling or analysis tools e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SPSS or similar
Experience developing KPI and executive dashboards

Role and Responsibilities
This role will act as a visible partner to the business and is the primary point of contact between the line organizations and HR senior management to address business needs affecting all HR functions and capabilities, including employee engagement and culture, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, and employee relations.
Drive People Strategy in Retail Operations, ensuring alignment between the business operations and HR practices and objectives
Provide thought leadership and insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
Consult with and coach senior leadership on talent management strategy
Support and execute cyclical HR programs and participate in projects related to human capital and organizational initiatives. This role requires the execution of HR process and ensures HR data integrity on behalf of the organizations it supports
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed/required
Interface with Dir of HR, VP/ SVPs within client groups and within People Team, employees at all levels
Align business goals and objectives with People policy and practice
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail, listening skills, influencing style, and proactive solutions is essential for success
Must possess a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personnel and corporate dynamics
Experience in organizational integrations, design, and change management
Experience managing employment-related investigations to a successful resolution with the help of SMEs
Prior track record of success in leading, motivating, and directing the activities of other employees, either directly or indirectly, to achieve objectives
Demonstrated ability to interact with team members at all levels
The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and simultaneous Human Resources related projects and programs in a changing corporate environment
Ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through e-mails and reports, or orally, complex matters to an audience of high technical skills and operational experience
Ability to convince others, including stakeholder leadership, VPs, directors & managers, staff, and vendors with opposing views to resolve conflict, accept/approve plans or project recommendations
Ability to negotiate on behalf of function to come to an agreement by managing communications through discussions and compromise
Comfort with complexity and ambiguity
Ability to travel 10% as required
Expertise in MS Office Suite required, especially Excel and PowerPoint
