[Purpose Statement]
This position is responsible for driving the adoption and utilization of the Watchman device within the assigned territory. The role involves close collaboration with key opinion leaders (KOLs), development of new hospital accounts, and providing procedural and clinical support. You will also work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute strategic projects and ensure clinical excellence in Watchman procedures.
[Key Responsibilities]
Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies through strong clinical sales activities aligned with company goals
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including electrophysiologists (EP), interventional cardiologists (IC), Cath lab staff, and hospital administrators
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to drive market growth
Manage product registration and pricing contract processes with direct-purchase hospitals, leading approval procedures in compliance with internal and external regulations
Provide on-site procedural and clinical support for Watchman implants (A highly specialized role that requires structured training and extensive field experience to achieve full proficiency)
Support and coordinate physician training and proctorship programs to strengthen procedural competency and adoption
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues and address customer requests during clinical support
Conduct post-procedure monitoring and provide ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and follow-up care
Work collaboratively within the team to ensure seamless case coverage and customer support when procedural schedules overlap
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LAAC therapy, atrial fibrillation management, and structural heart disease trends and clinical advancements
Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and educational events to promote awareness of Watchman and LAAC therapy
Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of the Watchman device
Enhance Watchman brand visibility and strengthen therapy awareness among physicians and market stakeholders
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory (e.g., Seoul, Gyeongsang, or Chunghonam) as needed to provide field-based procedural support and ensure full area coverage
[Required Qualifications]
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field)
3–5 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of cardiac imaging, electrophysiology, or structural heart disease (e.g., LAAC, TAVI, PFO, etc.)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and hospital stakeholders
High level of self-motivation, ownership, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally to support cases and training programs

Experience in interventional or structural heart procedures (e.g., LAAC, PFA, SH) or as an Echocardiographer (Cardiac Sonographer)

Perform and monitor all equipment status changes, including new equipment registration and tracking
Enter, update, and maintain equipment configurations for compliance
Ensure maintenance technicians complete assigned PMs, work orders, and calibrations
Generate and monitor overdue PMs, calibrations, and work orders
Create equipment serial numbers for all new equipment and software
Develop and maintain multi-year maintenance plans to ensure long-term operational reliability
Partner with EH&S to ensure maintenance activities meet safety and regulatory standards
Drive initiatives to improve energy efficiency and sustainability of technical systems
Required qualifications:
Technical degree (MBO or HBO) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering
Minimum of 3 years' experience in facility management, technical maintenance, or building systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of commissioning processes and technical documentation
Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, etc.)
Familiar with technical building installations such as HVAC and electrical systems
Flexible and team-oriented mindset
Preferred qualifications:
Experience using BM RAM or similar maintenance planning tools
