This role will be based in Riyadh and center of excellence in Jordan and Egypt and will remotely support MENA client engagements. Based on business need, travel will be a requirement.

In this fast-moving space, you will be a key driver in identifying opportunities, shaping offerings, and supporting business development efforts.

Your key responsibilities

In this exciting new role, you will manage up to two projects alongside senior business leaders such as Directors and Partners, and enable clients to define an AI-driven FAAS strategy that appropriately addresses risk and maximizes value from emerging technologies. You will help clients realize business value through AI use-cases—including
LLMs,GenAI applications, and MLOps implementation.

The role will also involve ensuring timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements, effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework, working with other service lines for integrated service delivery, and monitoring engagement team performance against the budget. You will stay on top of emerging AI trends, evaluate innovative AI/GenAI tools, and support go-to-market efforts.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Practical experience in AI and ML development with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience building and fine-tuning LLMs , working with frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace, or OpenAI APIs
  • Experience designing MLOps pipelines , AI solution architecture, and deploying AI models in production
  • Exposure to GenAI use cases such as document summarization, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and code generation
  • Domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Telecom
  • Strong ability to translate complex business problems into AI solutions with measurable impact
  • Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Track record with a leading consulting firm
  • Experience with GenAI tooling ecosystems such as Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock

(Senior) Account Manager Endoscopy – Netherlands

Depends on seniority, but €95.000, - to €110.000, - including commission (25%) for an medior/experienced account manager.



As Account Manager Endoscopy, you will take ownership of a defined region (in this case either the South or the North of the Netherlands) including our fantastic customer base. You are the one building long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinicians, and procurement. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting tender and contract processes, and positioning Boston Scientific as the partner of choice in endoscopy. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, clinical, and other divisions to deliver strong results for your customers and the business.

Your role will include:

  • Full responsibility for managing and developing a regional customer portfolio
  • Leading sales processes from tendering to closing agreements
  • Driving the adoption of innovative technologies in collaboration with clinicians
  • Identifying strategic growth opportunities and implementing account plans
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for hospital stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Mentoring and coaching others in the team



Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field
  • A couple of years of experience with a proven track record in sales, contract negotiations and hospital tender processes
  • Proven affinity with healthcare or MedTech, ideally in endoscopy or related areas
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your region

What’s in it for you

Every company will tell you they offer you a good salary. Of course, we do that too. For a person early in their account management/sales career the salary is likely going to be between €75.000, - and €95.000, - including 25% commission. For a more experienced person, this can go up to €105.000, - to €110.000, - depending on how much expertise you would bring. This includes holiday allowance and the 13th month.
