Expoint is excited to offer a role for a System Specialist in Israel! The System Specialist will be a critical part of the Expoint team, and bring a great deal of value to our tech platform. The System Specialist's primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient running of the Expoint platform. In this role, the System Specialist will plan, deploy, configure, monitor and maintain performance of system software and hardware components. In addition, the System Specialist will also be expected to develop and maintain automation scripts, support system integration, and upgrade system components as needed. The System Specialist should have excellent technical proficiency in areas such as networking, scripting, troubleshooting and problem solving. It is also important that the System Specialist possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with teams of diverse backgrounds. The System Specialist should also be comfortable working with a range of operating systems, and have a good understanding of CPU architectures, memory, storage, and system software platforms such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. The System Specialist should also have broad experience in a variety of databases and security technologies applicable to networking systems.
