Are you a natural leader in the tech sales industry? Do you thrive in delivering results with target-oriented strategies? Expoint is looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team and help drive revenue growth in Israel.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in the tech sales industry and make a positive impact on the team’s overall revenue performance. The Director will be responsible for developing, managing and executing Sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
The key responsibilities include: developing and executing strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue; managing a team of sales agents and oversee their sales activities; identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in order to accelerate revenue growth; researching and understanding markets and customer preferences; monitoring sales performance and providing periodic reports to management and other stakeholders; handling all legal aspects associated with sales deals; and developing and maintaining good relationships with strategic clients.
Applicants must possess an Bachelor’s degree in Business or another related field. In addition, we seek candidates with proven leadership experience, strong organizational and negotiation skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, as well as a deep knowledge of the tech sales industry. Fluency in Hebrew and English language is essential!
