As the administrative services manager in Israel, you play a key role in supporting the operations of tech teams and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. As part of the ExPoint job platform, you will be the bridge between tech teams and their clients, vendors and customers. As a manager, you would coordinate with all relevant teams to create, review and update policies and procedures used by tech companies in Israel. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with vendors, suppliers and customers to ensure that the highest service quality is met. You will be in charge of inventory management and maintain system records. Additionally, you will need to maintain security and confidentiality requirements for data, information and processes. You will provide administrative support to the operations team such as scheduling, filing and other clerical duties. You should also be ready to respond to queries and resolve issues that arise related to the administrative tasks of tech teams. If you join ExPoint, you will need to keep records of financial accounts, contracts and other transactions. You will need to regularly review the reports and analysis presented by the finance and accounting teams, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. In summary, your role as an administrative services manager in ExPoint requires you to provide effective administrative services for tech teams, efficiently manage all processes related to operations, and keep records of financial data and contracts to ensure accuracy. This position requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
