As a Product Manager, you will have responsibility over the development and maintenance of multiple learning initiatives and programs. Your responsibilities will include researching and assessing new and existing internal learning systems and software; working with customers to customize and develop internal learning initiatives to meet their specific learning needs; and ensuring that internally-developed systems can be easily accessed, maintained and improved. In addition to these duties, you will take the lead in developing and managing customer relationships with key stakeholders, such as senior level executives and stakeholders in the developer community. You will also provide technical support to ensure smooth delivery of internal learning initiatives and consult with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest quality standards in the learning initiatives you develop.
