You will be responsible for providing first line technical support with software, hardware maintenance and installation, problem analysis, and computer systems configuration in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include troubleshooting a wide range of support requests; responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner; and providing issue resolution, including assessing and initiating escalation procedures when appropriate. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems and office software applications, as well as excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You should also be able to multitask, prioritize workloads and remain calm under pressure. Experience in network configuration and SQL administration would also be beneficial. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers’ satisfaction and successful use of our products and services. You will need to be a flexible, dedicated and knowledgeable IT professional who can apply their expertise to solve customer development and production issues.
