Your key responsibilities
You’ll be part of a high-performing team solving complex clinical and operational challenges.You’ll be:
• Designing digital health architectures across EHR, EPR, HIE, and integration platforms
• Defining integration strategies using HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2/v3, IHE profiles, DICOM, and OpenEHR
• Guiding clients on adopting data and terminology standards like SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC
• Collaborating with stakeholders to map current and future-state architecture
• Supporting integration architecture using tools like Rhapsody, Mirth Connect, Enovacom
• Providing thought leadership on architecture blueprints, governance, DevOps, and cybersecurity
Skills and attributes for Success
You’ll bring deep expertise in healthcare IT and architecture. Key skills include:
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EPR/EHR systems
• Knowledge of interoperability standards and healthcare integration engines
• Familiarity with health terminology standards and cloud architectures
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagements
• Experience with architecture frameworks and tools
Ideally, You’ll also have
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Experience with data governance and analytics frameworks
• Background in public health initiatives or population health systems
• Relevant certifications in HL7 FHIR, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, or cloud/health IT
• Experience in Agile delivery, DevOps, and clinical transformation projects
