Role Description:

This job is responsible for handling moderately complex operations processes related to credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting. Key responsibilities include analysis, research, reconciliation, reporting data validation and resolution of issues and identified customer requests which may carry high levels of risk within enterprise risk categories. Job expectations include handling moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests to clients, consumer reporting agencies or taxing authorities, consulting with management for support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage either US or Non-US IRW Tax Withholding and Reporting which includes outsourced functions.

• Coordinate globally with colleagues.

• Service tax related client inquiries and escalations particularly for the Prime Brokerage business.

• Drive tax initiatives and tax regulatory implementations in partnership with Global Markets Tax Change & Global Markets Technology.

EMEA Product Compliance Technical Strategy Lead

Our Regulatory Engineering team thrives on the challenge of operating in a complex global environment. We ensure product compliance to global regulatory, market and customer requirements in all our target regions. We work across segments and functions to integrate policy relating to emissions, safety and the environment into products and solutions. As we align regulatory standards with our strategic plans, we work closely with regulatory bodies, as well as with industry and customer groups.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in Trust and Safety Operations, data analytics, policy, cybersecurity, product policy, privacy and security, legal, compliance, risk management, intel, content moderation, AI testing or other relevant environment.

• Experience in business process analysis, operations management or global program management, or leading cross-functional process improvements.
• Understanding of AI systems, machine learning, and their potential risks or experience working with Google's products and services, particularly GenAI products.
• Ability to think and identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities and have experience using data to provide solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking skills and attention to detail in an ever-changing environment and ability to work independently and with a high degree of initiative.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• J.D., CIPP/US, or other privacy or compliance certification.
• 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.

• Experience organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations.
• Experience supporting organizations under regulatory settlements or consent decrees (e.g., FTC, SEC, CFPB).
• Familiarity with compliance regulations, such as GDPR, SOX, ISO, FedRAMP, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a corporate treasury or banking operations role, with a focus on middle office, trade support, or risk.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as SAP, FXAll, 360T, Bloomberg, or Reval.

• Experience with systems evaluation, implementation, and integration.
• Experience defining and documenting business requirements and processes.
• Ability to dive into details, support operations, and deliver projects as needed.
• Excellent operational, process management, quantitative, or investigative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
