Educate merchant on product and account operations best practice (e.g., help answer specific product questions directly or by connecting to SMEs)
Drive continuous improvement in servicing metrics, including SLAs, ticket resolution, and operational contact volume and merchant satisfaction
Address compliance, risk, and regulatory documentation tasks (e.g., PCI DSS compliance)
Resolve merchantdisputes/adjudications,including process documentation and communication
Monitor and be ultimately accountable for customer service completion on lower complexity servicing intents
Drive issue resolution for high complexity intents in partnership with specialist teams, Internal partners include Account Managers, Customer Service, Technical Account Managers, Pricing Operations, Finance, Risk, and Site Reliability Engineering.
Manage case reviews, provide account support and configuration, handle compliance and risk documentation
Qualifications:
Fluency in verbal and written German.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions that meet customer needs
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in Looker, Tableau, other data visualization tool, or willingness to learn
Prior payments industry experience preferred
Demonstrable ability to clearly communicate, compellingly present to, and successfully influence key stakeholders across functions
Experience successfully navigating matrixed, cross-functional team environments
Ability to work at pace and tenaciously pursue resolution of complex issues

1. Provide comprehensive support for clients' E-Commerce business operations and initiatives.
2. Work in tandem with global cross-functional teams to refine E-Commerce platform operations. Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
3. Analyze technical and functional tickets to understand requirements and facilitate effective communication between client and Module teams.
4. Take ownership of unique requests related to regional specificities that fall outside the standard tracking framework.

8. Generate and share regular and irregular reports about issues raised by client.

• At least with Bachelor’s degree
• 3 – 7 years of relevant work experience with E-commerce platform (OBS or non-OBS)
• Experience in E-commerce, online marketing, and client relationship management or project management.
• Experience with E-Commerce platform operations is a bonus.
• Must have hands-on experience with e-commerce platform - Magento (Experience with AEM, ECS or GERP are advantageous)
• Familiarity with service/ticket management tools such as Jira or Confluence.

What Qualifications and Attributes do I need to apply?
Fluent written and verbal comminution skills in Spanish is required. Fluency in English is also extremely beneficial.
Previous business development work experience or college degree is great but not essential.
Sales experience in a technology company is a huge bonus.
Prior Inbound Sales development experience an advantage.
