  • Campaign management: Combine knowledge of project management, marketing tactics, the EY business and our customer base in order to create and maintain project plans for BMC’s most critical multi-channel digital campaigns (e.g. client deliverables, ads, social media, etc.) along with other thematic and social media campaigns
  • Set up project and governance structure: Determine available time, budget, and resources for each program, and track its status, to help your team meet deadlines and achieve their set goals

  • Manage and drive resources: Extensively involved in campaign delivery (third-party vendors etc.) to achieve desired results

  • Event Management: Partner with EYC Events team to coordinate and oversee the successful execution of Guyana events.

  • Communication: Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographies/ functions (Business development, Markets, Talent, Finance, etc.). Conduct and drive regular team meetings, present progress reports, and analyze the results of completed campaigns.
  • Budgeting: Manage overall and campaign specific budgets, including organizing invoicing, tracking spends in Excel and advising on any deviations from plan.
  • Ad hoc request management/execution: Support the BMC team in other administrative tasks related to programs.
