You’ll begin your day translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing features in the backlog, and overseeing the AI product lifecycle to ensure successful, ethical, and valuable implementations. You’ll demo recent increments, gather user feedback, and turn it into testable stories that enhance usability, trust, and performance. You’ll brief sponsors on the value delivered and present investment options for the next phases.

Additionally, you will manage AI bias by providing diverse datasets for model training and using bias detection mechanisms to monitor AI outputs.

As a Systems Engineer, you will support global project teams in designing system architecture, managing requirements, and performing component and system testing. Working in a cross-functional team, you’ll help develop integrated mechatronic systems for automotive applications, combining hydraulic systems with motors, controllers, and software. You will also contribute to process improvements and testing through bench and vehicle integration.
Your Responsibilities will be to:
