As a Paid Social Media Manager , you’ll bring eBay’s brand to life across social platforms through meaningful, data-driven campaigns that connect with diverse audiences and deliver measurable results.
Develop and execute inclusive and effective paid social strategies that support marketing and business goals across the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion.
Plan, launch, and manage social campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring efficient budget use and alignment with key performance goals.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance, turning insights into action to continuously improve results and scale impact.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, media planners, brand partners, and agencies to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth execution.

Validated experience running and optimizing campaigns with a data-informed, test-and-learn approach.
Excellent collaboration skills—comfortable working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment with diverse partners.
Analytical approach and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to influence and align across teams with empathy and clarity.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent German language knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:
