As a Vertical Portfolio Marketer (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Lead new technology identification, organizational learning, and market/competitive insights through Trend Analysis, Secondary Research, and Customer engagement
Lead Marketing Planning for Automotive BIW/Chassis and Propulsion/Emissions segments and partner with TEBG Platforms, Global Commercial Marketing, and TEBG Marketing Center for execution and measuring impact
Partner with Vertical ADE and Platform Portfolio and R&D teams to progress technology hopper ideas to Build Business Case with focus on BIW/Chassis Structural Adhesives
Develop Lead Generation priorities and content for BIW/Chassis and Propulsion/Emissions and execute campaign programs
Partner with Platform Portfolio and Marketing Center to execute NPI commercial launch plans
Consults with Account Based Marketers, Marquee and Key Account leaders, Vertical and Platform R&D for customer workshop design and execution
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Fundamental experience in New Product Commercialization, Marketing, Strategy, Sales and/or technical roles in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in Business or Technical discipline
Experience in solving complex customer design challenges in a technical, sales, or marketing role in the Automotive market environment
Prior experience in sales, business leadership, or technical role in the Automotive market
Experience successfully commercializing new product platforms in the Automotive market
Business leadership, technical, or sales experience with Structural Adhesives products

What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and expand strategic partnerships with leading cloud service providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, OCI) in the DACH region, identifying high-impact workloads and industry use cases where NVIDIA’s platforms and software stack deliver value.
Compose and deliver sales enablement programs, including training for CSP sales teams, solution architects, and presales, with a focus on NVIDIA software stacks such as NVAIE, Omniverse, Cosmos, and more.
Establish and grow executive-level relationships to position NVIDIA as the reference platform within CSP offerings, including marketplace presence.
Educate NVIDIA account managers on CSP offerings and guide them in helping customers with cloud-first strategies employ NVIDIA solutions.
Define and execute a regional GTM and business plan for DACH, aligning with global NVIDIA CSP programs and collaborating with NVIDIA EMEA and HQ CSP leaders.
Drive collaboration between NVIDIA account managers and CSP sales teams to accelerate opportunities.
Identify and engage top CSP channel partners in DACH to scale opportunities and grow robust pipelines.
What We Need To See:
8+ years demonstrated ability in sales or business development within the cloud ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, ecosystems, ISVs, and vertical applications.
Proven record in building and leading strategic partnerships, with strong negotiation skills.
Proven grasp of business challenges in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Strong technical foundation in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud solutions.
Background with CSPs or software companies in multi-cloud environments is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage from technical discussions to C-level conversations.
Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.
