  • Play an active role in mentoring junior consultants within the organization

Key skillsets:

  • Master’s degree in business administration (finance, economics) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in liquidity regulatory reporting in Banks (FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, PRA reporting)
  • Experience in gap analysis on Liquidity compliance of LCR and NSFR regulatory text
  • Understanding of Bank’s Balance Sheet and various products like loans, commitments, deposits, derivatives, etc.
  • Understanding of cash flows and methods to project the cash flows (principal repayments and interest payments in futures)
  • Basic understanding of regulatory stress testing scenarios including Recovery and Resolution Planning framework and resolution liquidity metrics such as RLEN.
  • Policy and procedures documentation
  • Ability to perform data analysis for cross report amount reconciliation
  • Strong problem solving and solution development skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with business and technical teams of all levels including senior management
  • Automation/innovation mindset

As our Senior Marketing and Activations Coordinator, Strategic Programs you’ll be focused on EY Connect Programs and will play a vital role in driving our marketing activities, and engaging audiences across Non-Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and EY Alumni audiences.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of a national portfolio of high-quality events, including marketing, communications, program reporting, venue arrangements, and speaker coordination.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader BMC team and the wider business to identify connectivity opportunities for audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for creative development, approvals, and production timelines, while managing program databases and content across multiple platforms.
