Your key responsibilities

  • Broad exposure to state and local taxation
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

Ideally, you'll also have

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage expense claims for Senior Managers and Directors using the in-house processing system, ensuring compliance with the firm's policy meeting Accounts Payable deadlines.
  • Coordinate and respond to emails in EY's Security shared mailbox, support baseline security applications.
  • Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, manage logistics, arrange travel bookings in accordance with firm policies, prepare itineraries, and track travel costs.
  • Organize client events following firm guidelines, manage catering and AV needs, coordinate group travel and accommodation, and secure venues using internal contacts .
  • Conduct client/industry research, manage client database entries, provide technical coaching for new team members, process vendor payment requests, and engage in personal performance development while supporting team projects and tasks as needed.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. Some experience in delivering technical training or coaching is preferred. Quality-focused with attention to detail, and able to interact effectively with senior management while meeting performance criteria.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, along with well-developed problem-solving abilities and proficiency in database systems. Proven customer service focus, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential.
  • Must be comfortable working virtually and independently, responding well to deadlines, and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
