At Expoint, we are committed to bridging the gap between high-quality tech products and the customers that seek them. As a Junior Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be part of our growing success team in Israel, managing a wide range of customer inquiries and challenges.
As part of our dynamic team, you’ll get to work with people from all over the world who are passionate about technology and customer service. Your main responsibilities will involve understanding customer needs, helping them understand how to use our products, and providing technical support where necessary.
You’ll be expected to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries on our website and social media channels, in both Hebrew and Russian. You’ll need to be tech-savvy, with experience of troubleshooting technical problems. Knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS is beneficial but not essential.
You should be a professional, proactive, ‘people-person’, with a desire to make sure our customers get the most out of our products. Communication and interpersonal skills are paramount, so you must be comfortable talking with customers and providing a high level of service.
