Technical: Maintaining all models specific to Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment in the assigned area.
Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems
Customer satisfaction: Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues. Acts to ensure satisfaction to primary customers
Business growth: Assists in the growth and direction of business in his/her geographic area
Productivity: Responsible for Warranty and PMS
Shares best practices. Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement
Assists in account sales visits; helps train others where necessary; identify sales opportunities and communicate to account team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment's (Preferably CT, MRI, Cath Lab, C-ARMS, PETCT, Ultrasound etc.)
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process
Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment
Base location for the role is Bhopal and will require travelling.
Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends
Desired Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Candidate has to be flexible to work in any location that's assigned to him/her depending on business requirement.

Proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently with minimum direction

You would act as the key Principal Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in Bangladesh addressing the Cyber Security requirements of BFSI Customers. Work closely with the Account team, and Local partners and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers. Channel Enablement would also be a core focus area for this role.
The Principal Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.

Perform cash management operations such as execution of local payment transactions (MC/DD/CCPP issuance, salary disbursement, EFT and RTGS) by complying with standard operating procedure.
Coordinate with the regional team for payment’s related projects.
Monitoring of EFT and maintaining necessary system setup to facilitate EFT and Payroll through BEFTN.
Performing Callbacks for various Manual Payment Processing transactions and other relevant docs for the units of cash management operations.
