What you’ll do :

• Proactively guide your customers from deployment to launch to ensure a successful onboarding process to the Yotpo software
• Manage a varied book of onboardings at various stages of the process
• Ensure all customers complete the required technical setup efficiently and according to project plan and timeline
• Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize Yotpo products
• Improve and scale the Yotpo setup process
• Act as liaison between customers and the sales, product, delivery, and customer success teams to actively identify roadblocks and solutions during onboarding

What you need :

• Must – fluency in French and English

• 2+ years experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or marketing environment
• 2+ years experience in project management and implementation

Responsibilities :

• Successfully and consistently deliver ROI and value for our customers, consulting their business while leveraging Yotpo solutions.
• Building strong relationships with clients based on your ability to earn their trust and deliver
• Proactively identifying business goals and pain points, and opportunities where Yotpo can deliver even greater value for our customers.
• Analyzing key account statistics and performance metrics to identify pain points while educating customers in order to drive performance.
• Simultaneously and successfully managing multiple client relationships.
• Responsible for maximizing customer retention by proactively identifying risks, analyzing client data to spot red flags, and escalating issues to cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent churn.

Requirements :

• English, French – mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in the field.
• Experience in a client-facing role – preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or marketing environment
• Proactively drive customer retention by identifying risks, raising red flags, and escalating issues. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities, working closely with Sales and other teams to increase account growth and maximize customer lifetime value.

This role is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for coming up with creative new ideas to expand our product and improve our customer experience. You will create product strategies consistent with the company’s vision, and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive business and customer research to identify new opportunities consistent with Yotpo’s vision
• Create wireframes and UX flows that will solidify these opportunities into products and features.
• Build consensus and secure support from stakeholders
• Work closely with a dedicated R&D team, product designers, data experts, and business teams to design and deliver beautiful beautiful, intuitive experiences
• Nurture internal relationships and drive complex, cross-functional projects
• Create and manage KPIs, roadmaps, project plans, and product requirement

About you

• At least 3 years experience working as a Product Manager in a successful startup or a top technology company

• Translating business priorities into data models by working with business analysts and product analysts

• Owning the entire data development process, including business knowledge, methodology, quality assurance, and maintenance

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a BI Developer / Data Engineer or a similar role
• 2+ years of experience working as a Team Lead
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineer, Computer Science, Math’s, or other numerate/analytical degree equivalent or army unit equivalent
• Advanced proficiency and deep understanding of SQL
• Skills in data modeling , business logic processes, as well as experience with DWH design
• Experience with Python
• An enthusiastic, fast-learning, team-player, motivated individual who loves data

• Ability to evaluate and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable Salesforce solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Proficiency in APEX, with experience developing and deploying custom Salesforce applications.
