Responsibilities:

• Develop user-centric design concepts, focusing on user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Work closely with product managers and R&D to define design requirements and collaborate throughout the development process.
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system to ensure product-wide coherence.
• Design visually compelling interfaces that reinforce our brand identity and optimize usability.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an in-house Product Designer at a B2B/B2C company, particularly on complex platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or equivalent field of design.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing UX and UI skills.
• Proficiency in Figma , with experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs—all with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and R&D , balancing user needs with technical constraints.
• Strong problem-solving skills , ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Advantage: Background in the construction industry, construction tech, architecture, or related fields.
• A passion for user experience, high motivation, and a drive to create impactful products.
