WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles, such as: Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer.
• Experience working with defense or government organizations to deploy and operationalize cloud or security products. Level 2 security clearance is required .
• Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and the security considerations associated with them.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Hebrew and English.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work as part of the Wiz Product & Data Protection Team, with members based in Israel and the US.
• Act as a key partner and advisor to Wiz’s Product and R&D teams, advising on legal, commercial, regulatory, and data protection aspects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assess, mitigate, and manage risks related to the product lifecycle and serve as a subject matter expert on product issues.
• Handle reviews of new product features and processing activities from a privacy, data protection, and compliance perspective.
• Review and negotiate product-related vendor and integration agreements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an in-house product counsel role. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
• Technical understanding of the development and functionality of SaaS products.
• Familiarity with privacy, data protection, and IP laws, as well as practical issues including AI, open source, and export control.
• Experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, including SaaS and integration agreements, with a focus on privacy and security terms.

As a Senior Manager, Support Engineering, you will be a part of a global team responsible for providing outstanding technical support experience. In this role, you will lead a team of highly technical Solutions Support Engineers providing world class support on Wiz products and solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage, develop, coach and mentor a team of Solutions Support Engineers, who are responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing a “WOW” technical customer support experience within the Wiz product
• Act as the owner for your team’s accountability and performance - partnering closely with upper management to facilitate performance reviews, performance plans, and any employee relations issues for your direct reports
• Guide the team through technical training and additional learning and development needs. Ensure successful training and onboarding of new hires
• Drive projects or initiatives to improve team productivity, process or procedure
• Participate in incident and escalation retrospectives and reduce the number of escalations over time. Provide escalation insights, trends, drivers, and statistics to support leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers on high-priority escalations and act as a resource to resolve escalations from team members as necessary
• Design and implement solutions that scale the support offering through automations
• Coordinate with Technical Account Managers to address any technical issues impacting a customer's success

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or the equivalent industry experience and certifications
• 5+ years of experience in managing support engineering teams in high-paced operations environment for a highly technical suite of products
• 7+ years of hands-on, technical experience in customer support, technical support, system administration, software development, devops, or site reliability
• A minimum of 3+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in reading or debugging code in one language. Examples would include: Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, Rust, Go
• Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating system environments
• Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, on-prem and/or hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity and security systems, cloud monitoring and logging, as well as local and cloud storage
• Familiar with security frameworks or tools
• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Lead threat modeling and security review exercises across Wiz’s production and CI/CD environments – identifying and mitigating risks in our products and the cloud services that support them
• Drive vulnerability management and remediation efforts – prioritizing issues, implementing mitigations, and designing strategic preventative controls
• Extend our detection and response capabilities – building scalable solutions to identify malicious activity, triage alerts, and investigate and remediate incidents
• Collaborate with our Wiz Federal team – extending our DevSecOps and Product Security practices to Wiz’s FedRAMP environment and ensure it meets key security requirements
• Build deep functional partnerships with Wiz’s engineering and operations teams – helping them deliver secure-by-design solutions

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or security operations work in cloud environments, with a focus on a combination of the below:
• AWS platforms and services (we will also consider equivalent experience in Azure and GCP)
• Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and container infrastructure
• IAM and managing cloud identities at-scale
• Secure development and application of IAC solutions (Terraform, Helm)
• Cloud-native observability and management tools
• Development experience in Go, Python and Rust

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and / or candidates with equivalent job experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams
