• Assist with ­­the development and implementation of recruitment plans
• Source, screen and assess qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to understand the business needs and ideal candidate profiles to deliver effectively on the hiring needs of the business
• Help to meet hiring needs through planning of job fairs, interview days, or other high-volume candidate processing programs
• Establish and build relationships with other recruiters and HR team to share knowledge, HR trends and experiences to execute best practices enterprise wide
• Provide data, research and analysis on competitive intelligence, labor trends, information about external marketplace and West’s employer brand position to attract top talent
• Manage all activities within the West applicant tracking system (ATS) and accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics from the time a requisition is opened to the time candidates are identified for offer and onboarded
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
• Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline required

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firm or corporate setting required

• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated success developing relationships and meeting new people
• Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels
• Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independently
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms

In this position, you will play an integral role in the working capital activities of West Pharmaceutical. You will support the Global Credit and Collections department in the delivery of assigned accounts receivable activities and business analytics.

• Credit and Collections activity for assigned customer portfolio including but not limited to management of complex customer accounts
• Resolve customer disputes and support the Credit and Collections Analyst in the resolution of complex issues, escalating when appropriate in accordance with escalation policy
• Maintain Customer Master data
• Ensure relevant SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved
• May lead a team in the delivery of the Credit and Collections operational activities for assigned portfolio,
• Operational credit and collections activities are performed in accordance with the CP-20 Credit and Collections policy
• Deliver the Credit to Collect month and quarter end activities, and closely work with Record to Report management in addressing any reconciling items/errors
• Ensure Credit and Collections team provide a mature balance between customer satisfaction and credit risk
• Work closely with the Credit Risk and Compliance Manager to minimize credit risk exposure
• Will take responsibility for the approval and decision making of the credit risk process for the business in managers absence.
• Develop reporting suite for Credit and collections, to deliver key business analytics.
• Assist with internal and external and act as the point of contacted the external auditors in managers absence.
• Support the commercial, wider finance teams and key stakeholders by actively seeking and developing partnerships, understanding the business requirements, and ensuring communication is maintained to the highest standards
• Support integration into financial operations any future migration projects or acquisitions
• Monitor customer accounts, proactively identify trends to address customer behaviour and manage risk
• Maintenance and Management of credit release
• Support and closely work with Credit Risk to manage customer credit limits/risk profile and payment terms
• Prepare and Process Refunds
• Support key controls and audit compliance activities in relation to the credit and collection's function, while always ensuring integrity and compliance

• Maintaining of desk top procedures and up to date SOP

• Bachelor's Degree Third level qualification in Finance, a related field or equivalent experience required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Credit and Collections required
• Previous Shared Service Centre experience with multinational publicly quoted company required
• Experience with SAP - S4 Hana preferred
• People management experience or demonstrated ability to lead and coach others preferred

• Fluency in a second European language desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work and lead independently to deliver against strict deadlines

• Design and develop high quality training material, documentation and presentations as required for Induction/ Onboarding, Health and Safety, Process & Compliance, Products, Specialized + Technical and Personal Development.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Business Unit Manager and SMEs to create and deliver training.
• Support Business interventions including technical training where required.
• Drive and influence consistency across the business around training processes and systems
• Perform effective and appropriate evaluation of all training programs delivered.
• Amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
• Develop bespoke e-learning modules using relevant training tools.
• Maintain accurate training records for all programs.
• Maintain methods/procedures and all supporting documentation to meet the requirements of Quality Systems ISO9001/ ISO 13485 and Environmental Management Systems ISO14001.
• TNA: Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, and collaboration with front line leadership.
• Manage and update business unit competency matrix.
• Highlight training needs and requirements for the Business Unit to the Business Unit Manager.
• Facilitate the accreditation of training through internal and external route.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and HR on planning, organizing, and directing training and development programs for employees to increase individual and organizational performance and to improve employee morale while enhancing their skills.

• Ensure that the equipment is set up accurately.
• Ensure continual flow of product through the module from the mold press thru the trim press.
• Operate a mold press to produce molded panels of product following site SOI’s and work instructions.
• Operate a manual / automatic trim press as needed following site SOI’s and work instructions.
• Process product through any required special treatments such as sort, silicone, chlorination, etc.
• As needed, set up pack scales for weighing and packing of finished product and prepare carton labels for boxing and shipping.
• Alert the Area Supervisor to conditions that may prevent meeting production and quality expectations.
• Accurately maintain all required documentation and paperwork to ensure product traceability.
• Inspect molded/trimmed work to ensure quality product is being produced.
• Move materials into and out of the area as required.
• Properly clean and prep assigned workstations/equipment during and prior to the next available shift.
• Promotes and supports a Lean environment.
• Conforms with and abides by all corporate and site-specific regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
• Exhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance.
