About this role
The key responsibilities for the role to include:
Performs complex data mining from very large, complex and multiple data sources using various tools, including SAS, SQL, SSIS/SSRS and others of multiple data sources in order to perform analysis, modeling and/or comparative analysis.
Coordinate and drive a common approach to reporting in support of the Fraud and Claims Management team.
Partners in the development of large and complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or PowerBI, attaching to multiple sources, tiered levels of security and data sets from varied sources and sizes.
Provides senior level consulting services to Operations Leadership and partners, around Analytics, Dashboard Development and Data Mining using in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Provides insight and knowledge around obtaining data and its extraction from various systems including INDIGO, NICE/NEXIDIA, ECCOS, HOGAN, PEGA, BMG, SASGrid, MDW and more
Leads project/virtual teams and mentors lower-level staff.
Communicates effectively with peers and partners in both operational and management areas.
Support technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization.
Responsible for performing highly complex activities related to creation, implementation, documentation, validation, articulation and defense, on-going maintenance of complex models grounded in theory used to quantify, analyze, and manage customer complaints.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of SQL experience

Demonstrated data visualization experience including the ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management. using a BI Tool e.g., Tableau, Microsoft BI, etc
SAS experience including experience with SAS Visual Analytics and/or SAS Visual Investigator
Demonstrated SQL skills to include the ability to write complex queries and database knowledge in order to analyze data sources across a variety of sources including but not limited to BMG, EIW, MDW, PEGA, NICE, INDIGO, HOGAN and SASGrid
Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to collaborate with others, work independently, initiate action, and accept challenging assignments.
Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling

About this role:
This resource will be supporting Corporate Treasury, the Repo Desk in the US, and the Funding Desk in London. This role is responsible for forecasting short-term cash and collateral requirements across multiple legal entities and currencies, ensuring optimal liquidity management for the CIB and affiliated businesses. The role will also be responsible for the buildout and expansion of the Global Cash Management initiative across CIB and Wholesale Operations.
In this role, you will:
Prepare and validate daily USD and multi-currency cash and collateral projections using internal and external data sources
Analyze intraday variances between projected and actual funding needs; communicate findings to the front office
Performing ad hoc reconciliations and data analysis as needed for reporting to improve projection accuracy
Liaising with various operational support groups and trading desks to escalate and resolve conflicts in a timely manner, drive process improvements and support business initiatives
Identify opportunities for optimization as well as proposing and implementing solutions to enhance processes, mitigate risk, reduce cost, and increase efficiency
Evaluating current and future needs, and communicating and collaborating with internal stakeholders and technology partners to develop strategic solutions
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Cash Projection or Cash Management experience
Knowledge of settlement systems and depositories (e.g., Clearstream, Euroclear, DTC, BNY Mellon)
Working knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Stock Loan and International Settlements
Ability to analyze large data sets to determine a course of action
Effective organizational and prioritizing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred experience processing in Broadridge applications such as BPS, Gloss and Impact
