Are you an experienced quantitative analytics specialist looking to work in the tech industry for a top-tier financial institution? Wells Fargo is looking for an individual with strong technical skills, who can work from their Charlotte office.
As the quantitative analytics specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining analytics models and metrics that drive business decisions. You will partner with other members of the tech team to ensure accuracy of data and models, and will be responsible for problem-solving and debugging complex quantitative issues.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry and/or quantitative analytics. A demonstrated level of both technical and quantitative competency is essential for mastery of this role.
The chosen individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as superior analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail is also necessary for designing and building accurate models.
