In this role, you will
- Execute post-transaction processes related to corporate credit facilities, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and validation.
- Review legal and credit approval documentation to confirm alignment with internal systems of record.
- Collaborate with deal teams, credit execution, and operations to ensure consistency and completeness of transaction data.
- Address and resolve complex issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Apply a strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
- Exercise sound judgment and develop subject matter expertise in credit operations, procedures, regulatory reporting and data governance.
- Represent the CDA group in cross-functional initiatives and forums.
- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- In-depth experience within credit operations or related field
- Detailed understanding of credit documentation and corporate loan structures
- Knowledge of booking and closing processes
- Experience with credit systems such as LIQ, nCino, CoRS, ICMP, WCIS, ART, TRE, RCS, E-TRAC
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and organizational levels.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
