About this role:
- Change Assurance– ensuring BAU changes are safe, well-controlled, and disruption-free through robust ITIL governance
- Service Transition– managing the onboarding of new and modified services into production via structured readiness and service acceptance criteria
This role will suit someone with strong ITSM knowledge, a controls mindset, and a passion for improving how change is managed in high-stakes, regulated environments. You’ll partner closely with application teams, platform engineering, service management and production leads.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
- Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
- Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
- Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
- Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- ITIL Foundation V3/V4
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of the ITIL change lifecycle
- Experience reviewing technology changes for readiness and risk
- Exposure to Permit-to-Operate or service transition gates
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Understanding of production operations or SRE/DevOps contexts
- PRINCE 2/ PMP
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or assigned
- Ability to work in a Hybrid working model

Pay Range
$41.83 - $80.77
