What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience designing and delivering training programs specifically for Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging and practical training materials.

  • Existing relationships with top public sector partners ie: AFS, IBM, CACI, etc.
  • Proven track record of leveraging existing contract vehicles for deal execution & identifying new contract vehicles to mitigate risks in deals
