Overview of Job Function:

We are seeking a highly skilled CloudOps Engineer with a strong development background and hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and automation. This role requires expertise in Java, Python, and Shell Scripting, along with proficiency in cloud-native technologies and automation frameworks. While ServiceNow experience is a secondary skill, familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, CMDB, and ITSM processes will be valuable in optimizing IT service operations within cloud environments.

As a CloudOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud solutions, automating deployments, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud service efficiency.

: Systems Integrator

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom integrations from Verint applications hosted in both Cloud and on-premises environments. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and clients to determine requirements, assist in designing the solution, implement the design and test. Develop code in accordance with team standards. Build appropriate testing tools and scripts for code developed. Generate documentation for code developed. Participate in product roll-out and support. Mentor other developers and guide their work.

Position Requirements: (Competencies, Experience, Interpersonal Skills,):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other applicable engineering disciplines.
• Overall, 15+ years professional experience in the software industry
• Experience of leading a team of 10 to 30 people.
• 5+ years’ experience with software development and managing high skilled DevOps and Engineering team.
• 4 years’ experience working with web-based / Cloud hosted products.
• 3 years working experience with Machine Learning technologies, NLP, Python libraries (Pandas, Keras, TensorFlow etc.)
• 2 years of Programming/scripting experience in any language (preferably C#, Python)

Job Title:Product Manager - Total Quality Portfolio

Job Type:Full-Time

As Product Manager, you will guide multiple teams to bring to market and grow Verint’s Total Quality products. You will manage the growth and development of new products and integration as well as manage and maintain existing products in the Total Quality product line. You will be responsible and involved in the product life cycle. This role is key to the success of the Total Quality vision and is strongly cross-functional in nature, requiring strong working relationships with multiple teams in addition to market analysis, product planning, and market delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for the Total Quality Portfolio, aligning with Verint’s overall business objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.
• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in contact center, quality management or related fields. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience with software product management, product engineering, business analyst, or similar roles in a technology or enterprise software organization.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Understanding of the commercial aspects of product and business management. Possesses the technical skills to explain the high-level requirements of a solution to both engineering and customers.
