How you’ll spend your day
  • Market/industry knowledge: new product launch/listings, generic penetration/erosion, government policy and customer knowledge (i.e., listing, regulations, formulary management assumptions and knowledge that can be translated into forecast assumptions and changes)
  • Ensure that high quality forecasts are developed by leveraging market, customer and product knowledge in combination with Teva production plans to develop product plans and forecasts that best represent the Teva business and manage growth and new business.
  • Chair and communicate in customer collaboration meetings recovery dates, back orders and product plans.
  • Manages the forecasts, supply and service levels for all strategic and private label accounts.
  • Prepare relevant material/analytical support to facilitate all relevant departments with product life cycle management, capacity planning, safety stock levels, obsolete analysis or inventory shortages.
  • Prepare new product forecasts using input from IQVIA data, Marketing and Sales, Project Management (PMO), external contacts.
  • Preparation (in conjunction with PMO/Supply) of new product market share scenario review or product obsolescence review at monthly NPIM meetings.
  • Work with Market Access, Marketing and Customer Care to ensure proper set-up of all New Product launches.
  • Analyze and make changes to the reserve quantities with the objective of preventing stock outs for strategic accounts while minimizing and managing the back orders for all other accounts.
  • Develop allocation plans when inventory does not cover the total demand to optimize profit and service as well as protect long term business.
  • Work with supply planning in the management of ATP dates for all customers. Provide supply chain feedback on product priorities.
  • Develop and publish the weekly backorder reports and Drug Shortage details.
  • Management of all new customer listings to bring on new demand and protect the listings ongoing. Collaborate with supply chain and customers on inventory plans, update forecasts, the listings database and applicable reserve tables.
  • All other tasks as required
Your experience and qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in forecasting, supply chain, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including new product launches, generic market dynamics, government policy, and customer requirements.
  • Ability to develop accurate forecasts using market, customer, and product insights, as well as production plans.
  • Leading customer collaboration meetings and communicating supply updates, recovery dates, and product plans.
  • Demonstrated experience managing forecasts, supply, and service levels for strategic and private label accounts.
  • Analytical skills to optimize reserve quantities, prevent stock outs, and manage back orders.
  • APICS certification is an asset
  • Sound knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced planning systems (i.e. SAP/APO Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Excel)

How you’ll spend your day
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and maintain analytical tools that empower the sales team to identify top customers and facilitate strategic business discussions.
  • Develop automated solutions for customer analysis to streamline processes and eliminate redundant tasks.
  • Create standardized templates for key functions such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), customer/molecule tracking, and profitability summaries.
  • Conduct product profitability analysis and provide recommendations to sales representatives to optimize customer product mix and maximize profitability.
  • Train and educate sales representatives on accurately assessing customer profitability using factors such as profit categories, competitive landscape, product type, and volume.
  • Perform ongoing profitability assessments to refine product mix strategies and enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Demand Planning, Finance, Market Access, and Marketing to ensure a comprehensive and aligned approach to sales support.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate the exchange of critical information.
  • Partner with IQVIA to ensure timely delivery and interpretation of key sales data, highlighting strategic opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts based on historical trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders to adjust projections and develop individual sales budgets aligned with corporate financial targets.

  • Communicate updated budgets to Finance for accurate performance tracking and incentive plan calculations.

Your experience and qualifications
  • University degree in Commerce, Business, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to track and report KPIs effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on business analytics.
  • Experience with SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, or other sales analysis systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (and/or Microsoft Access), with the ability to automate key analyses.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is an asset.

  • Execute the monthly development of the CDN Finished Goods and bulk supply plan to exceed customer service and inventory metrics targets

  • Manage ERP system relative to Planning, Inventory and Purchasing parameters as well as Purchase orders
  • Accountable for reporting on defined performance metrics and resolved root causes and or mitigation strategies
  • Execute changes in the sales plan and forecast(s) based on the decisions made in the Demand Planning meetings and update the demand plan in preparation for the Sales & Operations Planning meeting
  • Liaise with cross functional teams: Financial, Logistics, commercial, QA, legal, and others to coordinate bulk deliveries from internal and external supply sites for packaging to support customer service and inventory metrics for CA.
  • Managing inventory levels to maintain desired Commercial customer service levels needs for existing and new products
  • Actively participate in new product introduction, bids/tenders, and product transfer teams to ensure supply plans are developed, communicated and executed in support of the project timelines
  • Maintains inventory at optimum levels via routine review of planning parameters
  • Actively confirm suppliers’ delivery on purchase orders
  • Review MRP exception messages & alerts daily and take action as required
  • Escalate issues to Supply Chain Manager as appropriate
  • Drives long-term supply chain strategy development and implementation in alignment with Teva Global Operations (TGO), business, and functional strategy goals
  • Drive to meet critical targets for AOP, Customer Service Level (CSL)/ On Time in Full (OTIF), Inventory, Short-Date, and Backorder/OOS
  • Follows Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Other projects and duties as required/assigned
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College; APICS or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of Supply Chain and/or Commercial Operations Planning experience with a demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and "Best Practices" is required. Experience in demand planning, sales forecasting and business analysis is required.
  • Pharma exposure highly desirable.
  • Hands on experience with SAP ECC/ SAP APO/ SAP BI
  • Specific experience in the areas of Supply Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Demand Planning and Sales / Operations Planning
  • Complete understanding of KPIs in supply chain and total visibility of E2E supply chain's interactions
  • Sound knowledge and experience of statistical forecasting techniques
  • Experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning Execution Systems and Processes within an ERP environment, including design and implementation
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills: Able to build good relationships, dependable and ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
  • Experience in office package : Word, Power point, and specially Excel: Pivot tables, filters, formulas, data modeling required

  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, as well as medical office staff to appropriately promote product and provide product and patient education
  • Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, defined as face-to-face interactions, with healthcare providers focusing on top target customers
  • Apply a range of traditional and non-traditional problem-solving techniques to think through and solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness

Education/Certification/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Full time documented business to business sales experience preferred
