What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Develop and launch new payment solutions to support Tesla’s evolving business needs
- Optimize payment flows by working with external payment providers, card networks, and financial partners to reduce costs and improve transaction efficiency
- Collaborate with global product and business teams to drive innovation and tailor payment solutions for different markets
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to build scalable, future-proof payment architectures
- Define and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business impact
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in global payment systems, processor integration, card networks, treasury operations, and financial platforms
- Strong understanding of the payments industry landscape, including regulations, compliance, and emerging trends
- Experience working with full-stack engineering teams to deliver scalable, technical solutions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a proven ability to drive new initiatives with minimal resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, taking ownership of service visits, and fostering a welcoming environment for our customers
- Assess technical issues, offering solutions over the phone when possible and escalating to Service Manager as needed
- Accurately document customer concerns and data into the Dealer Management System and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Conduct transactions, guide customers through corrections, and summarize repair work performed
- Keep customers informed with completion times, provide regular updates, and ensure thorough follow-up on the vehicle's status
- Efficiently organize vehicle details pre-delivery and coordinate delivery/pick-up times with customers; follow up to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair methods, including familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Dealer Management System(s), Outlook, and MS Office
- Proactive willingness to learn emerging automotive technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in order to meet business critical deadlines
- Valid driver's license required

What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Design, develop, and maintain software for Tesla’s current and next-generation enterprise solutions
- Deliver end-to-end, fully functional features—from requirements gathering through production deployment
- Build and own new modules and enhance existing components of Tesla’s Payments Reconciliation Platform
- Develop scalable solutions using technologies such as .NET, Kafka, MySQL/MongoDB and other open-source frameworks
- Ensure high technical standards, code quality and robust testing frameworks
- Contribute to and expand Tesla’s internal knowledge base by producing clear, concise documentation
- Automate repetitive development tasks to improve efficiency and reliability
- Directly work with stakeholders to understand pain points, proposing solutions, and shipping them
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong foundation in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices
- Proficiency in one or more modern backend frameworks (e.g., C# .NET, Java)
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, MySQL/Postgres)
- Familiarity with pub/sub asynchronous programming (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Understanding of container orchestration and deployment tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Exposure to infrastructure-related tasks such as distributed tracing and metric collection (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) is a plus
- Experience working with or building workflow/orchestration systems (eg. Temporal, Netflix Conductor, Cadence)
