What You’ll Do
  • Drive negotiation and contracting of equipment supply agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, and related software sales agreements

  • Achieve sales goals by managing a project pipeline of opportunities spanning multiple countries, timelines and project types

  • Develop sales opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs), developers, and utilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define scope, terms, and pricing for battery storage projects meeting customers’ needs while protecting Tesla’s interests

  • Contribute to the strategy for and preparation of tender responses, in collaboration with Tesla’s Bid Team

  • Ensure accurate pipeline data and provide reporting to management

  • Evaluate market dynamics and drivers. Provide key market insights to the broader Tesla team, determining and executing the most effective go-to-market strategies

What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of sales/account management experience in the utility-scale electric generation, transmission, or storage industry

  • Demonstrated expertise in structuring and leading complex negotiations in energy, construction, project finance, or a related field. Experience in renewable energy industry is a plus

  • Ability to identify problems, lead projects, and provide pragmatic solutions

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with colleagues and customers

  • Flexibility to travel (up to 50%)

  • Fluency in English and Spanish

What You’ll Do
  • Use Tesla proprietary software to log damages to vehicles due to transportation damage, and
  • ensure that the paperwork is submitted correctly for claims
  • Perform a technical inspection on all vehicles prior to delivery, document and rectify any issues
  • that are found
  • Ensure that the vehicles are delivery-ready: license plate holders attached, customer accessories
  • installed, plastic removed, etc.
  • Move vehicles around safely and effectively, ensuring that there is a good flow from the lot to
  • the delivery bay
  • Keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition using our internal software
  • Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment
  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods according to
  • standard
  • Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers’ cars
  • Perform touch-up paint work if required
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

  • Be passionate about customer service and critique processes in the interest of the customer experience
  • Provide guidance and support to local field teams to scale with the rapidly growing customer base
  • Analyse overall performance of an asset, interpret transaction documents, determine financial and operational accountability
  • Knowledge on vehicle systems, partnering with internal teams, including external discussions with consideration for our customers
  • Proactively review assets to determine potential corrective actions, provide field support to ensure actions are completed without challenges
  • Support special projects, field engagements, operational reporting and analysis as assigned
What You’ll Bring
  • Capability of building a 360-degree view of a given situation by addressing Service, Sales, Legal, Operational, and Financial factors in order to provide balanced solutions for both the customer and Tesla.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with project and contract management skills, are essential, as well as the ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • The Customer Resolutions Partner acts independently and exercises a high degree of discretion and independent judgment to evaluate each situation, assess risk, and determine how best to manage each case with the customer’s and Tesla’s interests in mind.
  • The successful candidate will be required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels, often in difficult circumstances.
