• Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Romania
• A good communicator: You speak and write Romanian well and good English and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
• Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full European driver’s license (Class B for cars)
• Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel for mobile repairs and detail cars, when necessary

• Provide Customer service: Provide the highest level of customer service throughout ownership experience across physical and digital platforms
• Tesla Ambassador: Confidently communicate with customers as a Tesla ambassador through digital channels, phone and face-to-face to provide scheduling/status updates, product education, Tesla App education and answer any questions using customer friendly language
• Support: Pull vehicle logs, accurately recording repair orders, interactions and data into our systems, supporting with invoicing and payment
• Customer Service: Partner closely with the workshop to guarantee we service our customers’ cars efficiently and seamlessly
