What You’ll Do
Lead large scale remediation campaigns for Industrial storage products:
  • Plan, execute and track internal and external field repair campaigns
  • Track internal and external costs to determine when to outsource work

  • Share recurring project updates and release notes, ensuring all stakeholders have clear information on the status, risks, key actions, and timelines for completion

Contractor & Vendor Management:
  • Find, onboard, contract and train 3rd party vendors on the relevant scope of works

  • Review, understand and negotiate contractor quotes to determine best path to repair

  • Manage regional project costs, negotiations and contracting as required

  • Identify opportunities to innovate, enhance and improve the service business

  • Partner with programs team members to develop and prioritize systems requirements based on business need and forecasted impact, managing a clear high-level roadmap with respective sub-projects and target timelines.

  • Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on process performance related to productivity/efficiency gains, customer satisfaction and revenue

Other Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the deployment team during the design and construction phase to ensure serviceability of the projects and operationalize contractual requirements.

  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures for various maintenance activities related to Tesla energy storage equipment and associated balance of plant

  • Develop and implement spare part strategy to maximize asset operation

What You’ll Bring
  • B.S or M.S in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience in a technical project management role.

  • 5+ years of professional experience within the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors

  • Ability to comprehend and execute O&M service contracts

  • Ability to review and assimilate electrical & construction drawings with a strong understanding of commercial battery storage systems and associated balance of plant systems including electrical, mechanical and control components.

  • Advanced experience using project management software & tools with relevant certifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisions

  • Demonstrated success in complex problem solving and the ability to deal with ambiguity with a strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills both from a technical and client facing perspective with proven ability to present effectively and persuasively

As a Valuation Specialist, you will work cross functionally with Used Car, Delivery, Sales, Service and external valuations partners to appraise and value trade-in vehicles. You will also develop skills to price vehicles that we sell (either retail or wholesale). You have a deep curiosity to learn and you will develop an understanding of vehicle pricing dynamics in our markets. You are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will act as an ambassador for the Valuations Team within the Used Car Team, and for Tesla.
What You’ll Do
  • Produce trade-in vehicle valuations (Tesla and non-Tesla) across EMEA, with a focus on specific specialized countries and markets
  • Review market indicator data, vehicle history and vehicle condition to appraise the value of trade-in vehicles in keeping with current Tesla valuation strategies and provide upwards feedback on any emerging trends
  • Accurately record valuations and track inventory using Tesla’s internal system
  • Develop strong relationships with cross functional business partners (Sales, Delivery) to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Lead and support training initiatives to ensure field sales teams understand trade-in processes
  • Support field teams in resolving customer questions and concerns
  • Develop an understanding of Used Vehicle pricing in specific markets and become an expert in these markets, as well as supporting with Used Tesla internal pricing by following all internal pricing and valuation procedures and processes in a compliant way

What to Expect

The EMEA Claims Handler is responsible for the handling of freight claims and seamless liaison between Tesla and our partners. You will be part of the Logistics Claims, Quality & Compliance team. This team is responsible for ensuring compliance within our logistics operations. You will aim to ensure our freight claims are diligently investigated and settled by our standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Investigate the reports of claims and validate if they can be pursued

  • Track damaged products and work with our internal teams to provide repair estimates
  • Negotiate the settlements of claims as needed
  • Communicate updates on claims progress to our internal stakeholders when requested
  • Work with our internal stakeholders to improve the quality of logistics by providing insight into pursued claims
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our partners throughout every step of the claims process
  • Track payment completion of claim invoices and send payment reminders
  • Monitor and drive change in our processes and systems
  • Prepare analyses and reporting to understand our claims performance
  • Identify and communicate recurring operational errors when applicable
  • Support the onboarding of new carriers onto our claims system
What You’ll Bring
  • BA/MS degree in supply chain, business, finance, or any other relevant field
