  • Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ability to vision a cohesive user experience across multiple systems and processes. Expertise with system integrations, API, system architecture principles that will allow to scale and secure data integrations
  • Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms. Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements. Identify people data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring systems are optimized to reduce manual reporting, processes
  • Design solutions which are scalable across geographies, leveraging the architectural principles around personas, roles and simple UX for high user adoption
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, and business units to ensure seamless project execution. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring continuous improvement of the HR platform
  • Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain secure, compliant HR tech systems, ensuring that data privacy, GDPR regulations are followed, and sensitive employee data is protected
  • Conduct and participate in the analysis of workflows and design of functionality, process improvements to systems, ensuring both process and system requirements are fully identified, evaluated, tested, and implemented
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from payroll, compensation, immigration and benefits teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and controls are in place
  • Work with leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancements for HR modules
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Provide functional expertise in various HR modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Manage and maintain existing system integrations and lead the development of new integrations within the HRIS architecture.
  • Stay ahead of emerging HR technology trends, drive innovation within HR ecosystem with internal custom tools, exploring new functionalities, third-party integrations, and creative solutions that align with HR Technology roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and related platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos, Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL, query tools, data connectors, orchestration, analyze and troubleshoot data related issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong skills in data integrity, and data management practices to ensure data privacy and controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems, implementing, and optimizing HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS, LMS, ATS, performance management systems, etc.).
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, SAP, SNOW is a must
  • Train Payroll/ HR/ Users on the usage of system tools and address common reporting needs and gaps.
  • Work with HR teams on policy audits, change management for system updates
  • Experienced with business process reviews, documentation and improvements through automation, system enhancements

Coordinate service parts and tools shipment:

  • Work closely with the Field Service team and Engineering to create and prepare the orders to dispatch the required service parts and tools
  • Work closely with Tesla’s logistic team to ensure completeness of shipping documentation
  • Track shipments and deliveries and relay information proactively to customers

Schedule field activities:

  • Act the main point of contact with Tesla’s customers to coordinate Field Service activities and schedule appointments
  • Ensure the activities are documented and that all necessary parts and tools are available onsite
  • Track service activities completeness and ensure accurate reporting to our customers
  • Onboard new vendors and create purchase orders for activities which are subcontracted

Create Invoices:

  • Create and send invoices to customers in line with contracts and the service activities performed
  • Track payment status and follow-up with customer as necessary
  • Support the finance department with payment allocation

Other:

  • Work with O&M Commissioning Manager to plan for upcoming Commissioning cases
  • Work with the regional field service managers to ensure department service level objectives are met
  • Work preparation making sure procedures are clear, parts and software are made available
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of coordination experience in business operations and/or logistics/supply chain

  • Excellent computer skills especially using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with professional fluency in English required both from a technical and client facing perspective

Manage the installation and commissioning phase of turnkey projects:

  • Liaise with customers, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to the agreed timetable
  • Ensure work is of a high quality, meets relevant codes, best practices and Tesla requirements, safety plans & documentation; inspect sites and enforce H&S compliance as necessary
  • Ensure projects are delivered cost effectively and to budget

Work with the wider Tesla Energy team to:

  • Gather and disseminate the H&S and regulatory requirements of the local market
  • Provide feedback from the design, installation and commissioning process
  • Perform other duties as required
What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant work experience, including significant first-hand experience of: selecting, procuring and managing contractors; management of high value commercial and industrial electrical projects
  • Experience of managing Health and Safety
  • Relevant H&S qualifications
  • Knowledge of local codes and regulations
  • An ability to prioritize and execute many tasks in parallel
