What You’ll Do
  • Confidently communicate with customers as a Tesla ambassador through digital channels, and face-to-face to provide: Scheduling/status updates, waiter updates, and payment requirements
  • Educate customers on Product, Tesla App, and answer any questions using customer friendly language
  • Maintain a tidy, representable customer facing area (customer lounge, service entrance), and organize the parking lot
  • Manage the service fleet, performing damage audits, flagging service requirements, and car cleaning
  • Facilitate test drives in service, being an ambassador for new products and support in generating additional sales
  • Manage arrival of unscheduled appointments and any surprises on site – ensuring smooth operations of the workshop
  • Maintain a good understanding of Tesla’s products and service operations to perform basic, visual diagnostics and accurately record repair orders into systems
  • Partner closely with internal teams (e.g. technicians) to guarantee customers' cars are serviced efficiently and seamlessly
What You’ll Bring
  • Relevant experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical or automotive environment
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to excel in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language, and local language
  • Must have and continue to maintain a valid driving license and safe driving record

What You’ll Do

  • Service og reparation: Arbejd med Teslas specifikke software og avancerede værktøjer for at udføre reparationer og vedligeholdelse på alle Tesla-køretøjer
  • Drivkraft: Vær effektiv i at gennemføre reparationer og stræb efter at overgå forventningerne til både kvalitet og produktivitet
  • Udvikling: Bliv dygtig til at udføre alle almindelige reparationer og nogle mere komplekse opgaver selvstændigt
  • Sikre topkvalitet: Gør det rigtigt første gang. Vi stoler på, at du grundigt inspicerer vores køretøjer, før de returneres til kunden eller leveres hvis nye
  • Samarbejde: Arbejd på tværs af lokale og regionale teams for at dele viden og støtte op omkring gode arbejdsprocesser, og dermed løbende forbedre serviceoplevelsen

What You’ll Bring

Hvad du bringer:

  • Teknisk erfaring: Du har professionel erfaring med at udføre service og reparationer på køretøjer og har erfaring fra bilindustrien, luftfart, marine eller en lignende teknisk branche.
  • Teknisk kvalifikation: Du har den nødvendige certificering for at udføre reparationer på køretøjer og tager ansvar for din egen tekniske udvikling.
  • God kommunikation: Du taler og skriver godt på engelsk og er i stand til at formidle information klart og respektfuldt. Kendskab til det lokale sprog er en fordel.
  • Kørekort: Vi kræver, at du har et gyldigt kørekort.

What You’ll Do

  • Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
  • Driven: Efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.
  • Become proficient to perform all common repairs and some complex repairs autonomously
  • Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery
  • Collaborate: Working across teams (local and over the region) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
  • Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to help develop your technical skills. And by also sharing your own skills and knowledge with the team, you’re a part of driving the whole group forward

What You’ll Bring

  • Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
  • Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs. You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
  • A good communicator: You speak and write in English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully. Local language is a plus.
  • Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
