As a Technical Account Manager, Your impact will be:

• Technical Lead & AMP: Architect assigned to all customers.
• Work closely with clients to operationalize their solutions frictionlessly from Proof of Concept to “Steady State”.
• Work with customers to plan, design, build and deploy Claroty’s solution to meet the client’s objectives and requirements, while enabling value.
• Act as the point of contact for the Customers for all their technical requirements.
• Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry direction, and moment.
• Develop artifacts, documentation, etc. to optimize services, increase product value and create value for customers.

As a Sales Director, your impact will be:

• Demonstrate extensive experience collaborating with Industrial Authorities.
• Execute comprehensive land-and-expand campaigns, managing projects from proof of concept (POC) to large-scale deployments.
• Meet and exceed enterprise quota targets consistently.
• Cultivate local partnerships with key allies such as Crowdstrike, ServiceNow, Cisco, AWS, and others.
• Generate high-quality appointments and cultivate pipeline opportunities.
• Periodically participate in industry conferences and events.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing Claroty’s cutting-edge products.
