Performing Root Cause analysis and defining action items for production and repetitive outages;
identifyweaknesses, and acting on improvement opportunities;
Driving strategic SAP direction through determination of short- and long-term IT investment needs;
Facilitating evaluation and selection of software product standards;
Advising customers on technical requirements, constraints, and support in all sorts of technical situations, including IT critical situations throughout their lifecycle;
Technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions; and
Position does require up to 20% domestic travel to unanticipated customer sites nationwide to review customer technical landscape, new technical requirements, and any technical challenges.
