About the role:
One of SAPs largest customers has setup a transformation program called Journey to Cloud (J2C). A cornerstone of this transformation is to consume the entire SAP landscape as SaaS provided by SAP. Our Customer Delivery Management team will provide an E2E service and will work dedicated for this customer, operating his entire SAP landscape with more than 80 productive systems and several of the largest HANA-based systems (e.g. 2x24TB ERP scale-out).
Within the CDM organization we set up the Technical Service Management (TSM) team that will be responsible to operate the environments on all levels L1-L3.

What you’ll do
In this role, you would be working on products which cater to improve the overall Entry Point experiences for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud . Working closely with SAPUI5 core teams and customer-facing application teams such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, you will ensure features are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts (AI based POCs), and driving end-to-end development of new features while maintaining existing functionality for performance and reliability. You will provide clear progress updates to stakeholders, actively collaborate across teams, adopt best practices, and continuously seek improvements in code quality and development processes. Operating in an agile, fast-paced environment, you will participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and continuous delivery efforts.
What you bring
• Strong software development skills with a solid foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript, and web technologies.
• Experience in building scalable, maintainable UI frameworks/components, ideally within the SAPUI5 ecosystem or similar environments.
• A good understanding of AI and ML concepts and a passion for applying them to improve user experiences will set you apart.
• You are comfortable working in agile teams, driving end-to-end feature development, and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements, experiment through POCs and deliver production-ready.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and a commitment to clean code and best practices are essential.
