SAP Academy for P&C is a 20-month programdesigned for high-performing graduates or young professionals with a comprehensive understanding of human resource topics. As a participant in the rotational program, you will go through four rotations in different P&C areas, such as

  • People & Culture Services: Is driving the local roll-out of the People Agenda in the respective countries while continuously striving for operational excellence.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Ensures a consistent and fair people relations management handling workplace issues, concerns with performance, skills & competency, behavior, health, and other complex individual cases.
