SAP Design is looking for an exceptional
Visual Design Senior/Expertto strengthen our Web Design System team during a maternity leave. In this role, you will drive visual design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality user interfaces across all SAP platforms. Your expertise in design language, design tokens, and system scalability will be instrumental in creating a cohesive and future-ready user experience.

• Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual language for SAP’s design system across all platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate the design system into the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Maintain and evolve design specifications, guidelines, and tokens, ensuring alignment with accessibility, usability, and branding
• Craft high-fidelity prototypes and UI animations that communicate interaction, flow, and brand identity.
• Audit and refine existing patterns for accessibility, responsiveness, and internationalization.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a design field (e.g., Visual, Graphic, Interface, Industrial, Media)
• 6+ years leading visual design projects for enterprise software ideally in a global setting
• A stunning portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact designs
• Proven expertise in creating scalable design languages aligned with accessibility, usability, and branding
• Hands-on experience building robust design systems (components, tokens, documentation)

Your future role

As a trusted advisor, you will support SAP Premium customers on their transformation journey of their financial solutions, using AI-driven insights and innovative cloud technologies. Your key responsibilities include:

· Understanding and analysing business requirements in financial processes.

· Recommending technical, functional, or AI-powered solutions, from system configurations to optimized business processes.

· Building innovative Proof of Concepts, exploring the potential of Business AI and cloud-based technologies.

· Executing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA migrations from various SAP ERP releases or greenfield implementations.

· Coordinating the work of global SAP experts, acting as a single point of contact to deliver a consolidated resolution plan with clear achievements.

· 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting, service delivery, audit or customer engagement management.

· Knowledge of SAP Finance or Controlling (FICO), with experience in financial business process design or optimization.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. French, German or other languages can be a plus.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

What you bring

• 6+ years of experience in development preferably full stack

• Knowhow of Cloud and Open Source, Object-Oriented Concepts, Design Patterns,

• Java, Java Script, Node JS, Angular,

• Micro Service Architecture, Kubernetes, Dockers etc.

• Knowhow of Database (HANA, MongoDB, Postgres), JSON

• As Business Process Associate (Techno-Functional) you will analyze SAP solutions in your respective area for our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
• You should have functional expertise in the areas like Plan2Produce/ A2R / ePPM or CPM / EWM / TM with experience in requirement gathering, configuration, gap identification, preparation of functional specification, issue resolutions etc.
• Technical skills in ABAP, CDS, ODATA, Webservices, BAPI, IDOCS/ALE, AMDP, BOPF, RAP, CAP etc. in S/4 HANA Digital Supply Chain Execution Process Areas and EWM/TM will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Gen AI uses cases, BPA, Activation of S4HANA ISLM uses cases are preferred.
• Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations.

• Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration of Treasury solutions (FSCM-TRM including Hedge Accounting and TPI), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Local, TAX)
• Introduce SAP best practice solutions based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
• Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4 while maintaining global scalability and consistency
• Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
• Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes

• Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies

• Has experience with minimum of 3 full cycle implementations (at least one in S4HANA)
• Has performed workshops with customer and lead a team

Education and qualifications / Skills and Competencies:

• University degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, especially Treasury
• Professional Trainings & Solution Certification in Finance, Treasury
• Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes
• English: Fluent. Other languages as a plus.
