What you’ll do

Work Hours: 40 hours per week; Full-time

  • Research and create lead lists, qualify prospects, and update CRM system
  • Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and explore new sales opportunities
  • Gain product knowledge, assist with RFPs, Proposals, Customer Presentation materials
  • Prepare reports and assist with meeting organization and follow-ups
  • Assist in drafting sales emails, presentations, and case studies
  • Assist with Demand Gen activities, pipeline development, growth
  • Make cold calls, follow up with inbound leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Track and report on sales data, prepare dashboards and identify improvement areas

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree program applicable or related to the position

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

  • Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to engage team members effectively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically and solve challenges in the sales process
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends to support sales efforts

What You’ll Do:

IT Technology Services Experts are

  • Responsible for 24x7 availability of SAP systems running in SAP ECS;

  • Respond, troubleshoot and resolve alerts and incidents;

  • Being an escalation point for, on LLD Level (Last Line of defense), productive issues; Follow change management processes during service request execution;

  • Seek opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation;

  • Must feel comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and flexible environment; Operates effectively in a global 24x7 International team.

  • Drive various projects to optimize the concepts how HANA Enterprise Cloud operates the various SAP solutions. This can include onboarding new solutions, working on changing setup guidelines, validating new application versions, designing work instructions for changing certain configurations etc.

  • As part of problem management, you will also design and implement counter measures to prevent repetition of the issue for all Enterprise Cloud customers.

  • Design and conduct knowledge transfer to the global Operations community and create technical documentation, incl. technical operational concepts, process flows and guidelines

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies Management

  • Solid understanding of SAP application technology used by ECS esp. the S/4HANA and SAP ABAP platform from a Basis technology perspective (SAP NetWeaver certification highly beneficial)

  • Additional Experience in at least one non-NetWeaver technology: BOBJ, SAP Cloud Connector, Convergent Charging, OpenText, HANA XSA, Kubernetes/ SAP Gardener etc.

  • Proven Experience in agile Project Management e.g SCRUM, Kanban. Planning and tracking deliverables in a structured and transparent way.

  • Strong capabilities in technical documentation.

  • Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent and proactive way

  • Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking

  • Very good communication and networking skills. Able to communicate with customers on technical, service and operations topics up to senior management level.

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Very good English language skills

Work Experience

  • 12+ years experience as Technical SAP NetWeaver (ABAP and Java Basis administration) and/or non-NetWeaver engineer on L3 or higher-level operations/support teams

  • Strong working knowledge in Linux and Windows operating system platforms

  • Strong working knowledge in HANA, Sybase ASE and/or other Database management systems

  • Strong analytical skills, working in RCA and problem management area

  • Strong working knowledge managing technical documentation and knowledge productization

• Manage IT implementation programs for a large customer in regulated industries from a Sovereign Cloud angle
• Consolidate and track all external facing efforts of SAP regarding large customers in post-sales during the stage of Sovereign Cloud delivery
• Multi-level stakeholder management within SAP to structure and strengthen alignment regarding enabling one voice messaging to the customer
• Manage alignment between all SAP internal stakeholders and respective project management activities
• Proactive screening for escalation for interactions or delivery items with escalation potential and working on solutions to prevent actual customer escalation
• Provision of internal briefings, presentations, and publications on the large customer delivery account comprising status on customer’s complex SAP landscape
• Identification of indirect customer feedback as well as intake of direct requests during the delivery phase and translation into corporate actions at SAP
• Identification of customer needs that are not covered by existing scope of delivery and seamless collaboration with account teams
• Provide regular reporting updates to SAP Global Head of Sovereign Alliances on large customer delivery account


What you bring

• Master’s degree or equivalent
• 12+ years of professional experience
• Experience in customer program management is a must
• Experience in aerospace and defense industry is a plus
• Experience in IT implementation or delivery program is a must, experience with SAP products is an advantage
