We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program, which will likely involve participants spending four (4) weeks, spread across two trips, in San Ramon, California. This experience is designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities. *Please note the in-person component is still in the planning phase, and the final decision will be confirmed by the first quarter of 2026. We will ensure that this information is communicated promptly, and that sufficient time is provided for necessary preparations.
During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation will not be approved during some critical times of the program.

Expectations and Tasks
· Account and Customer Relationship Management, Cloud Subscription Revenue, Consumption and Renewals.
· Cloud Net Bookings - Achieve / exceed quota targets (new bookings, consumption and contract renewals), as per Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management
· Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop relationships in new and existing customers and leverage to drive strategy through organization.
· Trusted advisor - Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise). Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities and accurate account information and coaching.
· Leadership - Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Encourage all accounts to become SAP references.
· Learn, understand and act as ambassador of SAP Business Technology Platform at the customers, prospects and partners
Work Experience
· Extensive experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
· Experience in lead role of a team selling environment.
· Desirable experience with Data and Data Management solutions, technical background or previous experience
Education and Qualifications / skills and Competencies
· Proven track record in business application software sales.
· Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultive and competitive market.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, storytelling for business conversations.
· Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
· Business level English: Fluent
· Local language: Fluent, Business Level
