What you'll do

In your new role you will have the opportunity to dive into various topics based on your individual interests and skills. This targets primarily supporting our team in driving key strategic initiatives across the company. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in research, analysis, and development of strategic documents and assets - ideally with the use of modern AI tooling
• Content management including slide and text reviews, social media posts, slide designs, video editing - ideally with the use of modern AI tooling
• Supporting cross-functional communication, collaborating with different departments including executive communication
• Preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation on executive level
• Helping track project progress and ideating improvement opportunities

What you bring

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience from the use of SAP Activate methodology, tools, and best practices in full lifecycle customer engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in implementing SAP cloud products and solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, etc., is a plus.
• Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Good understanding of the SAP software development life cycle.
• Practical application of Scrum methodology and agile scaling frameworks is a plus.

In this role, you will:

• Efficiently identify and document customer needs and requirements in close interaction with SAP Activate team colleagues, customers, and ecosystem partners.
• Analyze usage patterns, formulate hypotheses, and define how to adjust the content to better serve the customer’s needs.
• Apply the Design Thinking mindset to drive customer-centric innovation of the SAP Activate methodology.
• Engage with and influence a broad set of contributors and experts across the SAP organization to drive the design and realization of implementation guidance.
• Proactively partner with SAP experts to drive the development of the methodology guidance and implementation accelerators.
• Actively work on developing and optimizing SAP Activate methodology content with support from SAP experts across a range of solutions.
• Drive adoption of SAP Activate through an active engagement with the SAP Community, supporting the delivery of rollout materials, videos, and enablement sessions for customers and partners.

• 7+ years of experience in developing implementation methodologies as a SAP product manager, experience in delivery of SAP projects as part of SAP Services as an application/technology consultant, service delivery expert, solution architect, or project manager. Or similar experience with an SAP implementation partner.
